Alex Jeffreys’ coaching program…. how have you progressed?

Several blogs have put up posts commenting about what the students completing the coaching program presented by Alex Jeffreys should do now  that the program is completed. Gary Simpson has once again distilled a voluminous amount of material into a concise summary of information as well as a series of questions each of us (both students of Alex as well as non students) should periodically use to evaluate our progress in any endeavor we make. Garry Parkes presented an outstanding example of what can be accomplished with the materials presented in the coaching program.

I would encourage each of the remaining students in the coaching program to take a few minutes to reflect  and comment upon where they were before the mentoring program began, where you are now and where you hope to go using the information presented in the program.  I believe we each will find that we have made great strides in our journey.

    Hi Ken,

Thanks for the ping to alert me to this.

Well, I can only speak for myself obviously, but, Ken, I can honestly say that I have really enjoyed the experience - even with all the late nights and early mornings involved.

I have spoken many times about trying to slam 3 years of information into 3 months but… many of us have either done it or gone close to doing it. I have been stretched and at times it was uncomfortable, difficult and frustrating. But I coped - sort of. I can now do things that I couldn’t before (or had been putting off for “later”) and I have set up some nice site material, ancillaries (eg Twitter, Squidoo etc) and components like videos (eg the start of my Motivational Moment series). That has all been worth the effort.

But the big thing to come out of it all, IMHO, is the friendships - people like you and all the others that I have had the privilege of meeting and getting to know. THAT has been worth the price tag, to me.

    Regards

    Gary Simpson
